Iron Harbor is a made-up gym. 26 members, a past-due account mid-way through its retry ladder, a treadmill out of service with an ambulance call filed against it, and a reimbursement claim that was paid against a mistyped member number. The awkward cases are the point — they are what front-desk software is actually for.

What this demo is, plainly

It is the shipping code. Not a prototype and not a video — the same files a club would run, pointed at fixtures instead of a database.
Nothing is real and nothing is kept. No account, no card, no email. Reload and the demo club is back exactly as you found it.
Some screens are deliberately empty. A till with a pre-loaded cart is not a till. Where a screen's resting state is empty, we left it empty and said why.
Plexon is early. It is being built by someone who worked the desk, against the problems that made that job worse than it needed to be. If something here is wrong, we'd rather hear it than not.
