What we will never import
Social security numbers, driver's licence numbers, full card numbers and bank routing or
account numbers are refused at the door. If a column looks like one of those it is marked
Never imported, its values are redacted on screen, and nothing from it is sent
anywhere. Strip them from the export before you send it to anyone else, too.
2 · Upload exports
Drop the Ignite report exports. We identify each file from its column headers —
All Members, Agreements, Past Due / AR aging, Payment History and Check-In Detail.

3 · Map columns
Auto-mapped from the header names. Check anything marked
low and fix it. Unmapped member columns are kept verbatim on the
member record's custom fields; blocked columns are dropped entirely.
4 · Review
What will be created, and everything we could not make sense of.

Writing to Plexon. Every row is stamped with this batch so the whole
thing can be undone in one click.
